How to List Your Property on Proplytix: A Step-by-Step Guide
Overview: Listing your property on Proplytix ensures exposure to a large audience of buyers, agents. You can choose to list for free or leverage the Premium History Report for enhanced visibility and insights. If your property is already listed on the MLS, we will automatically pull that data to display it on our platform.
Step-by-Step Guide to Listing Your Property
Step 1: Log In or Create an Account
Existing Users: Log in by clicking Login in the top-right corner.
New Users: Click Register to create an account and select your role:
Seller
Listing Agent
Buyer Agent
Service Provider
Step 2: Access the Create Listing Form
From the sidebar, select Listings.
Click Create Listing to begin your submission.
Step 3: Select Your Listing Type
InvestorSpace: For as-is properties with investment potential.
ReadySpace: For move-in-ready homes.
LuxeSpace: For luxury properties with premium features.
Step 4: Decide How You Want to List Your Property
You have two options:
Free Listing (Limited Visibility):
Choose this if you want to list without a Premium History Report.
Your listing will rely on basic property data and will be displayed alongside MLS data if applicable.
Premium Listing (Recommended):
Order a Premium History Report directly through the platform or upload certified inspection and appraisal documents.
Premium listings include:
Detailed property insights (inspection, ARV, rental yield)
Enhanced visibility on the Browse Map
Access to in-app offers and showing requests
Step 5: Generate or Upload Premium History Report (Optional but Recommended)
If you choose the Premium Listing option:
Order Premium History Report:
Click Generate Premium History Report.
Our team will arrange inspections, photography, and appraisals for your property. Reports are typically ready in 48 hours.
Upload Certified Documents:
You can upload your own inspection, appraisal, and valuation documents if they meet our requirements.
The uploaded documents will generate the Premium History Report.
Step 6: Enter Property Details
Property Address: Provide the address or search it using the map input.
Basic Information:
Bedrooms, Bathrooms, Square Footage, Lot Size
Property Type (e.g., Single Family Home, Townhouse)
Features (e.g., Pool, Solar Panels, Garage)
Listing Price: Set your asking price.
Step 7: Upload Photos and Documents
Upload high-resolution photos of the property.
Attach any supporting documents, including:
Listing Agreement (for agents) – Create and send agreements to sellers for e-signature.
Inspection and appraisal reports (if available).
Step 8: Submit the Listing
Review all the provided details.
Click Submit Listing.
If the Premium History Report isn’t ready, your listing will remain Pending until the report is generated or uploaded.
Free listings will go Active immediately but with limited visibility.
Step 9: Manage Your Listing in the Dashboard
Use the Listings Dashboard to monitor your property’s status.
Update your listing anytime by clicking Edit Listing.
If your listing is cancelled or expires, click Reactivate to relist.
Step 10: Promote and Share Your Listing
Use the Share Listing feature to post on social media platforms.
Enable the Notify Me button to receive alerts when users engage with your listing.
How Proplytix Handles MLS Listings
If your property is already listed on the MLS, we’ll pull data directly from the MLS, including:
Photos, Listing Price, Property Type, and Status (Active, Pending, Sold)
Agent information for easy communication
Key Features of Listing on Proplytix
Free vs. Premium Listing Options: Free listings provide basic visibility, while premium listings unlock full in-app functionality and better marketplace exposure.
Notify Me Feature: Users who follow your property will receive alerts if it becomes Active on Proplytix or MLS.
In-App Messaging: Agents and buyers can message you directly through the platform.
Offer Management: Manage offers within the Offers Dashboard.
