Step 1: Log In or Create an Account
Existing Users: Click Login in the top-right corner of the page.
New Users: Select Register and create an account to access the offers feature.
Step 2: Find the Property You Want to Make an Offer On
Browse the Marketplace or MLS Listings: Use the Browse Listings or Browse Map features to explore available properties.
Search Properties Directly: Use the Search Property Data input at the top of the screen. Search by:
Address, APN, city, or zip code
Agent name (if MLS-listed)
Keywords like property type or listing status (Active, Pending, etc.)
Step 3: Open the Property Detail Screen
Click on the property you’re interested in from the listings or map view.
On the Property Detail Page, review important information such as:
Asking Price or AVM (Automated Valuation Model)
